Hillbrush is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Our current conformance status is: Full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We also reference EN 301 549, the European standard for digital accessibility, to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act.

Measures Taken

Hillbrush takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of hillbrush.co]:

  • We engage in ongoing accessibility auditing and source code remediation
  • Our store is audited regularly to maintain accessibility
  • Our most recent comprehensive audit was conducted on 10-07-2026
  • We train our content team to create accessible product descriptions, alt text, and media

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, the following areas may have limitations:

  • Some third-party app interfaces may not fully support keyboard navigation. We are working with app providers to resolve these issues.
  • Older product videos may not have captions. We are adding captions to all video content and prioritizing the most viewed products."
