Challenge

 

Maintaining such high-quality standards requires equally high levels of hygiene, particularly with the introduction of a new vegan citrus zest range. Avoiding cross-contamination between different foods, particularly allergens, is of paramount importance. As Zumo Zest has expanded, so too have their hygiene protocols.
