The charity predominantly offers a space for these young people to spend time learning, engaging with others and exploring new crafts and activities. Parents or guardians can have a few moments to themselves, safe in the knowledge that the young people are happy and entertained.
Andy Coward, Managing Director at Hillbrush presented the cheque to Serena and her daughter Kiera, who are both dedicated volunteers at the charity. Although it was quite a short visit, we were fortunate enough to miss the rain and get a lovely photo in the sun with two other Hillbrush staff members, Hope and Bambi who both organised and sold the raffle tickets for the event.
We are proud to support such a wonderful local centre and hope that our donation will go towards the development of the charity and help to fund further resources and activities for these wonderful young people.
