Our modern injection molding facility consists of ten of the latest injection molding machines ranging from 90 to 1,000 tonnes locking force. Our network of machines are connected to an automated material feeding system, individually monitored and controlled by two automatic dosing systems for colour and other additives such as antimicrobial and metal detectable. We have the capability to mould most thermal plastic materials.

Sourced Material Network

Design & Manufacture
We have an expert in-house product design and development team. We are able to provide quotations for mould tool design and manufacture and can project manage the entire process for you.
Installation of 1,000 tonne machine
Hillbrush has made a significant investment in two new state-of-the-art 1000 tonne press injection moulding machine at its manufacturing site in Wiltshire, England.
These new additions to the moulding department will allow us to continue our product development and innovation.
