About Hillbrush Injection Molding

Hillbrush is one of the largest manufacturers of hygienic products. We have been manufacturing our own hygiene range since the late 1980's and our injection molding capabilities and expertise has grown with significant investment. Our plastic injection molding machines use the latest technology and processes to deliver high speed, high quality and high volume products. We create more than 2 million products a year and serve a variety of industry sectors as well as our own hygienic brushes.

We control all aspects of the product creation process, from sourcing FDA food grade contact approved plastics if required, to packaging and dispatch.

Our state of the art molding machines includes an automated material feed system, an integrated cooling system and an overhead crane for quick mold changing. We have recently invested in two 1,000 tonne machines to keep up with the high demand for larger product lines.
