- Proven experience in managing and optimising ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience in creating and executing online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and consumer feedback, generating actionable insights for improvement
- Familiarity with social commerce practices and the ability to create engaging content that drives direct sales and consumer engagement
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
